SHIPPING:

The costs for delivery are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon between Posh Int and the customer. Posh Int is not liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason beyond our control. If there are issues with the delivery, Posh Int will contact the customer to find a solution.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS:

Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must refuse the order upon delivery. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after delivery, they must return the products undamaged, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and notify the return, followed by another 14 days to return the product. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged for return. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon with Posh Int. Upon receipt of the returned products, Posh Int will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products.
